The Harvard announcement is a double-edged sword: it's great that they're disputing the low-fat myth, but at the same time, they're stating that industires should push 'healthy' fats. Typically, when I hear that, I know they're talking about PUFAs and the like from seed oils. Man, it's like, one step forward two steps back sometimes.
