PETA really has a nose for a winning story. They've attacked Vice President Biden for a cameo on The Colbert Report where he handed out hot dogs to returning troops. Bad idea...because Steven Colbert is funnier than you are.
That said, PETA's press release is pretty hilarious too.
"You can't expect the troops to be lean, mean fighting machines if you're stuffing them with fattening, artery-clogging meat, eggs, and dairy products every day," says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman.
Ah, so PETA wants our soldiers to be vegan so they can be...better lean, mean fighting machines. I smell media spin!

I bet its been a long time since anyone at PUTA has had a hotdog with spicy mustard and sauerkraut. The should stuff their mouths full of them and shut up.
